Cancellation policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Unfortunately, once the orders have been prepared for shipping, we have very little time frame for cancellation. In which case, you can attempt to refuse the delivery so that it will return to our warehouse. Otherwise, please contact us at hello@soheal.com so we can arrange a return (postage paid by the customer).
