I don't personally use this but I buy it for my mom and she always has 3-6 months of stock at home lol I guess it works really well for her since she's never without a bottle!

Some mornings are worse than others until I started taking turmeric, it helps a lot with my arthritis on my knees and fingers. I noticed the effects after maybe 3 days of taking it. The capsules are normal sized so they are not difficult to drink, no after taste too. Highly recommended

Had problems with staying awake in the mornings, especially in the afternoons after a heavy meal, so I had to rely on coffee a lot just to stay awake for work. But that caused jitters so I looked for an alternative and found ginseng and ginkgo supplement. I still have a couple of bottles. I take two capsules at the start of my day and it has helped with my memory too.
